Course Overview:

Since 1997, AICC members have benefited from hands-on training where participants function as a press crew.  This course was developed to encourage participants to think about, observe, question and analyze the printing process with the emphasis on quality improvement.  Combining press work with classroom discussion, this “flexo” course allows you to work on a 4-color Bobst 160 pres, set up the press, discuss various theories on printing enhanced graphics, and experiment with various inks and substrates.

 

What You Will Learn:

Methods for producing enhanced, full color graphics on combined corrugated board.

 

Who Should Attend:

For new or seasoned flexo press operators, press supervisors, and other plant personnel. Individuals working in or associated with the combined corrugated in industry

 

Equipment: Bobst Flexo160: 4-color, high graphics post print corrugated press.
