Containerboard and Combined Board Temperatures

MEMBER'S QUESTION;

What are the proper containerboard and combined board temperatures as they make their way through the corrugating process?

Here is the temperature information that you will need to monitor the process. The absolute temperatures are critical, but so are the differences across the machine.  If the sheets are not “heating up” uniformly then one can experience difference in the combined board tests. Singleface liner existing the preheater  180 degrees
Medium entering the corrugating rolls          185 degrees
Singleface web liner existing the corrugating rolls                     260 degrees
Single face web at the flute tips existing the corrugating  rolls  200 degrees
Doubleback liner entering the hot plates    195 degrees
Singleface web liner entering the hot plates       200 degrees
Dobleback liner exiting the hot plates into the cooling section            260 degrees
Adhesive in the glue pans     100 degrees
